Q1. How can I order?
Step 1. Email to us at simplynice.cs@gmail.com with the required details:
* Name
* Email Address
* Contact Number
* Delivery Address
* Item Details [Code, Color & Size (if applicable)]
* Quantity
Step 2. Once we received your order, we will confirm stock availability and email you the total amount with postage cost and bank account info.
STEP 3. Please proceed to make payment and notify us on your payment made.
For Ready Stock, once we confirm receive of your payment, we will arrange ABXExpress or Poslaju delivery on the next working day. You will expecting delivery within 1-3 days.
For Pre-Order Stock, please make payment before the closing date. We will proceed to obtain the stock from our supplier on closing date. You will expecting delivery within 3-5 days from closing date.
Q2. What's meaning of "Free Size"?
A2. Majority of our apparels are free size. "Free Size" means one size, could fit stander figure, usually S to M size. In general, free-size blouse and dress are suitable for the bust of 32-34 inches ladies to wear.
Q3. What is your shipping method and how much it cost?
A3. Unless special requirement, we use ABXExpress or Poslaju for shipping. We offer fixed rate postage - RM7 for West Malaysia and RM10 for East Malaysia per delivery. For Singapore customer, there are few shipping methods, our customer representative will advise you accordingly.
Q4. How do I know the quality of your product?
A4. Our apparels are ranging from medium to premium with different price range. The pictures of these apparels are taken from real object. We will try uploading as much information of these apparels as we can. Please rest assures that all the apparels will be inspected for any defect before shipping out to customers.
Q5. Can we return the product and get refund?
A5. Please refer to Term and Condition for the returniig policy.
Q6. What is the Payment Method?
A6. For Malaysia and Singapore - Online Bank Transfer or ATM Bank. Malaysia : Public Bank or Maybank. Singapore : POSB Bank or Maybank. We will email you the Bank A/C Detail once you place the order. For other countries, customer can pay through TT/Wire Transfer or Paypal. Note: Paypal charges applied.
