* Purchase & Delivery *
1. “Ready Stock” items will be sent out next working days upon payment received.
2. “Pre-Order” items will be sent out within 3 working days after closing date.
3. In rare cases where payment was made and the items ordered are out of stock, we have 3 options for customers to opt to: [a] we refund the full amount. [b] substitute with another item. [c] credit for next purchase
4. For Malaysia addresses, all parcel will arrive at customer door steps 1 to 3 working days after we send it out. For other oversea delivery, there will be 3 to 15 working days after we send it out, depending on the countries’ geographical location and it's custom clearance process.
* Shipping Fees *
1. Shipping fees are NOT included in the item price. Once customer’s order reaches us, we will provide customer the total amount including the calculated shipping fees.
2. For Malaysia addresses, shipping fees is fixed rate per delivery - RM7 for West Malaysia and RM10 for West Malaysia. For oversea shipment, the shipping fees will be calculated based on parcel weight and the location of shipping address.

* Exchange Policy *
All items sold are not returnable or exchangeable unless it was mistakes made from us such as we sent customer the wrong items. We will also accept exchange if it was major product defect from manufacturer. However, this should be the rare case as we will go through thorough defect checking before we ship out the items to customers. In the case where the mistakes were from us, we will bear the return shipping cost and will cash refund to customers.
All subjective reasons which are not exchangeable include:
# Actual color is different from picture shown on monitor - Please note that, the photos uploaded to our website were taken from real objects. As each customer’s monitor setting could be different causing slight deviation of color, hence the accuracy of color can not be 100% guaranteed.
# Size do not fit - Before placing any order, please check carefully the measurement detail of apparels, as well as verify your size against the size chart we have created for customer’s easy reference. In any case customers still uncertain about the size measurement, please check with us before placing any order.
# Do not like the fabric/material - This is a subjective issue as different people has different view point. Before placing any order, please read the provided material info and check the close-up photo as thorough as possible.
Please note, the returning items must be with its original packaging, original tags and accessories, unwashed, and unaltered. Goods received more than 7 days are not exchangeable. Shop owner has the right to refuse exchange if the mentioned conditions are not fulfilled.
Sometimes damage to goods might occur during transit which due to carriers’ rough handling. We strongly advice customer to check the parcel before signing for it and please refuse deliver acceptance if find the goods are damaged.
